Suppliers wishing to engage in business with the International Organization for Human Rights and Refugee Affairs in a specific region or country, in response to local or regional tenders, must apply for registration directly with the organization’s local or regional office. Suppliers can also contact the Procurement Department at the headquarters, which handles the majority of global purchases.
Potential suppliers for the organization are required to complete a full profile through the organization’s Supplier Portal (the Supplier Portal Guide is available for reference) and attach a copy of the registration certificate, a bank statement, or a bank confirmation letter verifying the ownership of the declared bank account (including the account number, IBAN, and SWIFT code).
Note: Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Suppliers may be eligible for registration with the International Organization for Human Rights and Refugee Affairs, but they are not necessarily eligible for a specific procurement process. This status is determined only after the pre-qualification process or the tender evaluation process.
As a supplier to the International Organization for Human Rights and Refugee Affairs, you are required to accept our general terms and conditions. Purchase orders and contracts will only become effective after these terms and conditions are accepted in writing.

Successful Applications
All suppliers will be notified in writing if their application is successful. Upon acceptance, the company will be added to the supplier database for registered goods and/or services. However, please note that registration does not guarantee future contracts from the International Organization for Human Rights and Refugee Affairs.
Unsuccessful Applications
In case of an unsuccessful application, the supplier will receive an email containing a brief explanation of the reasons for the rejection. Common reasons for rejection include the following:
Unsuitability of the goods or services provided.
Failure to demonstrate financial stability.
Insufficient experience or business capability in the supply field.
Failure to demonstrate technical competency or lack of professional certification.
Incomplete information provided at the time of application.
The International Organization for Human Rights and Refugee Affairs is accountable to its clients, donors, and most importantly, the people it supports, to ensure the consistent delivery of goods and services at the highest quality standards.
We maintain these high standards through continuous evaluation of the performance of our registered suppliers, taking into account the following factors:
The quality of the goods and/or services provided.
Compliance with the contractual terms and conditions.
Ability to adhere to delivery deadlines.
Efficiency in responding to information requests.
Adherence to warranty terms.
Speed and cooperation in problem-solving and claims resolution.
A supplier may be removed from the database of the International Organization for Human Rights and Refugee Affairs for the following reasons:
Poor performance and non-compliance with contractual terms.
Providing false information.
Bankruptcy or a decision of legal ineligibility.
Subsequent determination that the goods or services provided are no longer required by the organization.
A criminal conviction or civil judgment against the supplier indicating lack of integrity in business conduct.
Filing a formal or legal claim against the organization.
Suppliers who have been removed can reapply for registration if they can prove that the reason for their removal has been addressed.
