The Middle East and North Africa Commission works to provide all forms of humanitarian support through its team spread across all Arab countries to achieve the organization’s noble goals.

The organization helps save lives and build a better future for people forced to flee their homes.

We have funded over 5,000 charitable projects for more than 200 million refugees worldwide.

We work to ensure that every person has the right to seek asylum and find a safe haven, escaping violence, persecution, wars, or disasters in their homeland.

We have faced multiple crises across different continents and provided vital assistance to refugees, asylum seekers, internally displaced persons, and stateless individuals after they have been left with nowhere else to turn.

We provide targeted assistance to save lives and build a better future for millions of people who have been displaced from their homes.

Humanitarian Appeal

Emergency Situation in Sudan

A violent conflict has recently erupted in Sudan, with reports of civilians being killed and injured in multiple areas of the country.

Reports indicate a significant increase in the prices of food, fuel, and other essential commodities, making basic necessities out of reach for many. Despite attempts to cease hostilities, the population is forced to flee amidst the ongoing clashes, seeking refuge in neighboring countries such as Chad and South Sudan, where they are in desperate need of essential relief supplies and shelter.

Our organization’s teams are working in the field to receive the newly arrived and provide them with humanitarian assistance. However, with more people being displaced due to the fighting, there remains an urgent need to expand the response and provide support.

The organization has deployed emergency response teams at border crossing points in Chad and South Sudan.

The organization has intensified the provision of essential non-food relief supplies such as soap and sleeping mats.

Reception centers have been established by the organization to register new arrivals and identify individuals from the most vulnerable groups.
